Reviving skeletons!

Hellooo, its been years i have written anything. No excuses, life has just gone busy. So much has happend since the last time i wrote, 2 years back.

A quick overview, i had a baby girl on 5th Sep 2016. We named her Sanaya.😍

I went to the USA to visit my sister over the summer vacations in 2017 for 2.5 months and totally fell in love with her neighborhood 😍

9th Nov 2017, i started following ‘The Curly Girl method’ for my curly hair, which turned out to be a life-changing experience. I will b writing about my progress and experiences too in my blogs *Fingers crossed*

My dad fell ill and went thru partial paralaysis in Dec 2017 😞 while staying with his sister in lahore, his brother took him to Sahiwal to take care of him, where I visited during the winter vacations.

I lost a 7 week fetus on 14th Feb 2017 and had my DNC on 15th 😢 but life goes on. Allah Had other plans

My sister visited in Feb for 10 days, she even went to meet dad

On 4th May 2018, Dad was brought back to Karachi, where I arranged a 24/7 guy to take care of him. 23rd May he was admitted to hospital for weakness, infection and dehydration. My Aunt came to Karachi for my support on 24th May. We celebrated dads birthday on 27th may in the hospital and he was discharged from the hospital on 30th May and came back home.

Thr 24/7 guy left so i had to arrange a caretaker from a company, who wud help Dad move around and give him physiotherapy. My Aunt is a Big support.

25th July 2018, I went and casted the vote for the betterment of my country and hoping for a safe and happy future.

Today i also wrote my diary after 5 years. Yes 5 long years and felt so good. Mayb i will start writing a diary again. Let’s see.

Schools are opening in 2 weeks. Tanisha will start her Kindergarten and Sanaya will start her pre-nursery where she will celebrate her 2nd birthday 😆 Time really flies

So far so much has happened in this year, its been keeping me really busy but at the same time i wanna do something for myself, i wanna work. Mayb just part-time but i really wanna do something i would love doing.

I guess that’s all for now. Hoping to keep Writing and updating on whats happening. Take care or urselves

Busy Bee!

​Hello everyone, 

I know i keep promising and then i disappear, life has been too busy lately and i am just trying to cope with it. So much has happened since my last post here. First i thought i will wrtie it all in different posts  but now i am thinking to just add everything here. 

Well to begin with my dear darling Pepsi left us gracefully on 28th April to enjoy the beauties of Dog Heaven

I do miss her alot, she was my best companion she was there when i had no one else to share. I learnt so much from here and we both grew up together in so many ways. I will always miss her no matter what. 😦 But life moves on. I am just glad that she didnt really go through any long term illness, she was fine that morning, had just gotten a lil weak but the vet had already warned me that she is too old now, as long as she is eating and active she is good to go. She would have turned 12 years old in July. I guess for a miniature poodle that is a good enuff average age.

I hope she is doing fine and is happy with all the other dogs on doggy heaven 🙂

Next, there has been a trasitional phase for my daughter in ao many things.

i finally transfered my Daughter to a big girls bed, so far she likes it 🙂 i figured now is a good time to make a transition, especially with her 3rd birthday coming up and after summer vacationa she would go to Nursery. 

Also we stopped her middle of the night feeding. Yup she still woke up twice in the middle of the night for a  milk bottle and starting from 1st april it took a while but i got her to sleep all throughout the night. 

In summer vacations she attended a summer school in her school and totally lovd it.i know she is tooo small for all that but i want her to know that summer vacations means a time full of learning different skills and activities instead of sitting idle at home in front of tv and wasting time. I dont know thats just my way of thinking 🙂

Right after summer she started her Nursery and was too excited to be promoted from pre-nursery to a new class and have new friends. School ia going great

And just this week she turned 3 😀 time seems to have flown by and it feels like just yesterday when i shared my preggy story and then the sudden labor and delivery when she made an emergency landing much before her time. It all feels like a dream. Shez turning into a big girl and soon to be a big sister tooo. Yup thats right. Soon there will be an addition to our family 🙂 but this time around i was too occupied to weite my pregnancy blogs or share my updates, i guess with a toddler its difficult to mnage alot of things. Also thia time around i have been more irritated and my hormones have been acting up way tooo much so i just didn’t really bother writing anything about it. I might later but no promises 

Ok so the cat is out of the bag, sorry for a no picture post coz am writing this from my cell ohone and i cant seem to figure out how to put up pics here.

School Activity Update

Hello every one, i know i keep promising that i will b regular at posting some thing or an other but then i vanish like i never existed. once again i apologize. i know a lot of you have probably given up on me by now, i am not gonna make any more promises, ill just post when and as i can.
So a lil update on my life, my 2.5 years old has been taking up most of my time and so are her school activities. January they had an annual sports day, not that these lil kids actually did races or any thing but they had lil activities tat they did along with their teachers, it was super cute 

I didn’t take too many pics coz off-course i was busy making videos of all the activities my lil doll was doing. i know i could get hold of the pics form the school’s website but i just had to CATCH the moment 😀
Once that was done n over with the school started preparing so the annual concert/function day. my Daughter’s class was acting on the nursery rhyme down by the bay and it was funny to watch her trying to sing it all day long hehe kids are too cute that way 😀

After all the acts, all the pre-nursery to Class 1 kids participated in a final song. so every one got to b on the stage at once:)
I so encourage kids to take part in such school activities coz i feel these things encourages kids to be independent and proactive also it brings out their artistic side and a feeling of belonging to the institute. i grew up taking part in all extra activities in the school and i am hoping to support my kids in doing the same.

I know this is not like my regular post but hey am a mommy now so there will be kids updates on and off which i am sure atleast the mommy followers will enjoy and would be able to relate to 😀

Pepsi’s Health updates

Saturday it is and i took Pepsi to the vet today for her chk up. I told him i haven’t noticed any discharge lately but just a slight mucus today. he checked and said yes there is a lil wetness but no puss for now. told me to continue antibiotic for another two days and then stop and bring on Saturday. He wants to see how it goes after stopping the medicine. Also told me to clip a lil hair since the weather has suddenly gone warmer. so very soon i will b giving her a lil hair cut.

For now things look much better and Pepsi looks happy. May be because i have been giving her more time then i had been able to in the last year or so. Ive changed her diet a lil and she seems to be getting on the health ladder. i hope i can bring her back in shape 🙂

Pepsi’s Updates

The results are in and as the doctor thought, its Poymetra. also there are traces of a few lil cysts in her Uterus.

The Doctor said he will not risk the surgery with Pepsi at this age so he will carry on treating her with medicine. It would have been more dangerous if it was a close case but the good thing is that it is an open Poymetra and she will keep discharging it. He did say that as long as she is walking running and eating normal its all good but i have to accept reality and make my mind and know that for this breed Pepsi is now living her golden years. 😥
For now i cannot even think about a horrible thing like this but i cannot deny the fact either.

I am really hoping for her to get better with medicine. i have to give her antibiotic this whole week and take her to the vet on Saturday. “Fingers crossed”

Concerned about Pepsi

I am lil concerned about Pepsi.

For those who are new to my blog or reading this for the first time, Pepsi is my french poodle, 11 years old and ive had her since she was 2.5 months. We have been thru a lot and have helped each other recover over different things. so yes there is A LOT of bonding. and yes this dog on my page is her

Yesterday i gave Pepsi a bath. and as i was brushing her, i noticed a slight discharge, that got me concerned, also i couldn’t help but notice how thin she has become, . So i took her to the vet today, he told me it cud be puss in uterus which is common in old age, but ti b on a safer side i should get her blood profile and uterus ultrasound done, he told me usually this condition (pyometra) is treated with a surgery and removing of uterus but because of her old age, if this is he case we will treat her with medicines. He told me to start her on an antibiotic as soon as i get the blood profile n ultrasound done. so right after i left is clinic i rushed to the animal Lab and get the blood profile and ultrasound done. ill get the result on Monday. till then i am hoping al to b fine and i hope there is nothing serious behind Pepsi going so weak

She does look all fine ad happy, i gave her a lil haircut as well yesterday so that i can manage he grooming better which with a toddler gets a lil difficult.

Breakfast with the Mommies

Its funny how life changes and how we adopt that change and move on in life with new things and new priorities surrounding us. No matter how much w miss our old lives we start to love our new routine and adopt to it so nicely hat it doesn’t seem like a problem.

I am talking about the single verses married versus parenthood. how we once thought when single that this is the best life ever and how we will miss it, eventually after we get married we start to like the status better and we move on as a couple. people say once u have kids your life changes and yes that’s so much true but once again slowly we adopt to that new life style and fall in love with our lil one, the whole meaning of love changes, our priorities changes even our thinking change to some extend. What once was OK for us doesn’t work any more. we make new relations and new friends
i have been lucky in term friends. All my single-hood  friends or my gang are friends with each other, got married and stayed friends and now they have kids and we are all still friends. but in addition to that i’ve made new friends with my daughters class mates moms. 😀
Its great getting to know the moms and being friends with them. Even tough the school started just about 3 weeks back but a few of us really hit it off and today we made a plan for breakfast so that we can gather and get to know each other. It was truly amazing and the food was good too.

Whats happening now a days :P

Helloo all

Hope all have been well. I am not even going to start about how i haven’t been getting any time, by now u all know i haven’t been keeping my promise of being a regular, every time i think i will try, i get  busy or some thing comes up. i cant seem to put blogging into a routine for now, but hopefully maybe soon 🙂

Well i’ve been busy with my lil toddler who keeps me running after her, although she is such a sweet baby and doesn’t really misbehave but she wants me all the time. wud’nt do without me. but i love it 🙂 but yes i do get a lil irritated at times, coz i was a very active person and wud go out and do what not and now i am mostly home and making sure her routine is not disturbed. Guess u gotta give in a lot being a mom, so i guess its OK 🙂 she is definitely my first priority.

Lately i have been taking her out to my friends houses so that she learns to socialize and knows how to b outside her home. she starts preschool in Aug so i guess that would also make her a lot independent

Recently a couple from my gang become parents to two adorable twins, a boy and a girl. am planning to go visit them soon. and i cant wait for them to grow a lil older and for Tanisha to have a girl friend 🙂 Right now we have two girls and two boys babies in our gang. its sooo sweet though, we started off as just friends, then we all got committed and introduced our significant other in the gang, got married and now we are having babies and we all cannot wait for them all to play together 😀 one big happy gang hehehe

Another recent thing that happened that i got my self a Nikon Coolpix S5200, and sold my Samsung camera which was such a big mistake to begin with. i hated its results and so i stopped taking pics. Now this Camrea i like no wait  I LOVE IT.

I love its color and its results. it has a back-light that makes pictures more brighter even in a dark room. i took this pic below in just my Table lamp at night and u can see the result urself. its like amazing. you can see he picture clearly, no dark patch any where. now this is what i call a camrea 😀

Overview of a year with my Babydoll

Hope all are having a good day. To be honest, i have been on my laptop almost every day ever since my last post, but all i did was play games and trust me i had been having better sleep. LOL! seriously i am not kidding. i have always been the person who needs to tire my mind before i sleep, n i did that best by playing mind games like bejeweled and similar kinds. last whole year i have hardly had time to b on my laptop so no games as such, only an occasional play on my cell but its not the same thing. So i have been playing Criminal case and loving it 🙂 “and sleeping well ;)” So this whole year has been crazyyyyyy, from watching my tiny preemie getting better at responses to watching her grow and gain control to sit, n then crawl n then cruise. I went crazy every month n celebrated her monthly birthdays, i couldn’t wait for her to b 1 when i will finally retire to an annual birthday ( i know crazy me) so i would dress her up and even bring brownies or a cupcake, light a candle and sing happy birthday hehe. I watched her smile at toys and acknowledge every day things. Watched her go crab style on her walker (walking sideways on tippy toes). she started to play with a cup and a spoon, started to mix and make u eat what she cooked. she would get excited to see our dog Pepsi and would want to go out to play with it. She started walking 15 days after her 1st Birthday, 3 days before mine, a perfect birthday gift for me from her 😀 and there was no stopping her from then onward hehe She has also started to say mama, baba, bye, Pechi (pepsi). apart from that she babbles alot, all the time, it will just be a matter of time before all that starts to get clear and proper words will b on her lips 🙂 She  has started to show signs of her personality and becoming more and more aware of what she wants and when she wants and  how she wants it. If she wants a particular toy or a cereal she WILL WANT IT.  i know alot of this wil mellow down, i am just enjoying seeing how her personality is shaping. Ofcourse i wont let this be, i  do and will guide when and where needed so that every thing falls in place nicely. well, at times we can plan all we want but the kids turn out totally different. i am hoping mine wont disappoint me much 🙂 She will b 17 months this 26th, i know its kinnda early but i am planing to buy her a potty seat and start her getting accustomed with it. once dats done and we are comfy we can further move on to the training “fingers crossed”.she is not fully ready and the signs i see are not too much but we are working on it, so lets see when we achieve this milestone hehe Sooo i am sure u guys are bored as hell by now, i know i promised a quick overview of my entire year of hibernation and well in a brief summary here it is 🙂 You all take good care of ur self, until i bore u again with my next post hehe Have a great day Hugs n kisses

A lil Hello from a busy mom

Helloo again
I know i haven’t been keeping my promise ot being regular but trust me i do try to take out time to open my laptop. its just that my lil pumpkin only takes a 1.5 hours nap in the day, n there are so many things waiting for that slot to happen, wash her cloths or iron her cloths or wash her bottles or i take a shower or i relax or rest. half of the time i don’t even want to do any thing, i just wanna lay down n relax or just play a lil xbox n have some recreation. i must say being a mom is such a hectic job but equally rewarding and i have no regrets about that. so what if i cant do alot of things i used to do. right now my daughter needs my attention. in another few months she will start preschool then i can hopefully do what ever the hell i wana do in those few morning hours 🙂 *fingers crossed* Lets see how that routine shapes up once it starts. still some time to go before that 🙂

This is me at times……..

Meanwhile i really hope to juggle every thing at the right pace and manage my life a lil more, and trust me i am not even half as busy as most moms, thank god i don’t have to clean the house or cook, but i still have to clear up the mess my daughter makes of her toys in the room. A salute to all the busy moms out there who manage their babies as well as the entire house

So today i thought i will just say a lil hello to you all before i start playing a few games on Facebook and do nothing and i mean absolutely nothing else 😀 hehe. so off i go to have some fun.
